Job Title: Virtual Events Project Manager

Location: NYC

Duration: 6 months

Our client is lookin for a Virtual Events Project Manager who will be responsible for the day to day planning, operations, and logistics of the virtual live and on demand events. In order to support sales and their customers. Events will be hosted as 1:1 training opportunities for clients and agencies and are organized via their sales POCs. In order to support multiple sales teams and regional marketers, there is a point person needed to project manage processes across all live events. 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

·      Events Project Management: Manage the end to end process for virtual events including day to day planning and operations: 

o  Create and maintain live events calendar

o  Develop and manage end to end process (from requests intake to launch) for virtual events requests

o  Provide support to facilitators and users during virtual sessions

o  Set up and configure events, reporting, and user letters/communications

o  Partner with creative agencies to edit pre recorded events 

·      Strategic partnership and stakeholder management: Prioritize insights and asks from our sales, marketing, and learning and development teams. 

o  Work closely with internal teams to develop events plan and strategy (scheduling, user flow, comms)

o  Onboard new internal partner teams

o  Collaborate and align with multiple stakeholder groups across visual designers, producers, analysts, LMS administrators, SMEs, marketing partners, and sales partners

o  Advocate for the best solutions for users and partners

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

·      Oversee intake, organization and execution of live event requests from internal teams (i.e. learning and development, sales, and marketing teams)

·      Collaborate and align with multiple stakeholder groups across visual designers, producers, analysts, LMS administrators, SMEs, facilitators, marketing partners, and sales partners

·      Work closely with internal teams to develop events plan and strategy (scheduling, user flow, comms)

 

Skill/Experience/Education

·      BA/BS Degree

·      4 years of experience

·      Project and stakeholder management experience

·      Technical or system administration experience

·      NICE TO HAVE: Film editing or production experience Impeccable business judgement, leadership skills and ability to communicate with and influence both senior executives and sales/enablement teams

·      Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results

·      Demonstrated experience in process management and improvement

·      Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·      Ability to pay attention to detail and effectively manage multiple projects at once

·      Adult Learning, Consulting, Sales Program Management experience

·      Basic knowledge of Google Ads and/or Google Marketing Platform
