Advisory (Lead) UX Researcher
What does a great User Experience Researcher do?
As a User Experience Researcher with us, you will work directly and collaboratively with the Account Processing UX team to provide user experience research to inform the direction of the design for software that is both usable and appealing. You will work in a dynamic environment, stay current with UX research principles, understand the full experience design cycle, and are a motivation for innovation. If you have experience conducting user experience research for complex systems for both B2B and B2C users and you’re looking to make a significant market impact, then we want you to join our team!
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
10 + years of UX research experience
Expertise with UX research and tools such as UserZoom or similar software
Experience with UX research methodologies (usability testing, card sorting, tree tests, click tests) and the understanding of when to use which
A solid UX research process focused on outcomes
Travel required: up to 5%
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.
Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different people.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade others of your good ideas.
Comfortable working in a collaborative fashion, on user experience research activities throughout the software development life cycle, often with numerous initiatives occurring concurrently.
A constant thirst to learn and grow. Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team and learn from them.
Ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback.
Awareness of how to make things happen within an organization.
