Social Media Community Manager
Location: NYC (remote start, must be local to NYC area)
Duration: Through End of year 2021
Experience with social media listening, content curation, scheduling, responding and engaging with followers

As the Social Media Community Manager, you'll contribute your experience in and passion for social media marketing, leading social editorial and community management plans for the our Workspace product brands. You'll collaborate with team members to bring compelling digital stories to millions of followers across key social channels.
In this role, you will demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills as you partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Communications and other functions within our Workspace. You will own the cadence of digital communications across multiple social media channels. You'll quickly adapt large-scale plans and messages to meet the needs of a fast-changing business, and you thrive in ambiguity.
You'll demonstrate a creative aptitude in both copy and visuals and be responsible for owning a social voice across multiple brand expressions. You will expand the creative and strategic comfort zones of internal stakeholders and inspire agencies to do their best creative. And everything you do will be informed by analytics and social listening, ensuring our actions are grounded in data and representative of our customers’ needs.
Lastly, you’ll be responsible for engaging users. The community manager will communicate customer suggestions and provide ideas for product improvement, along with expanding our community members base and generate community awareness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-3 years of social media community management experience.
- Experience with social media technologies (e.g., Spinklr, Google Analytics and Brand Watch). Experience working with brands, ideally with some knowledge of our Workspace technologies and/or digital transformation.
- Experience working with external creative agencies on social media content/campaigns.
- Experience managing social media channels
