Duration: 6+ Month Contract (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)
Play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s marketing team in the ideation and prototyping phase of digital advertising projects by helping prepare and hosting multiple monthly workshops and managing the transition from idea/prototype to campaign execution.
Coordinating monthly 1-2 days workshops between multiple internal and external partners. (these workshops for the moment are held remotely given the COVID-19 issues.)
Plan and facilitate workshops adapting a pre-defined methodology to specific brands' strategy and marketing objectives.
Ensure that the multi-functional group develops and selects a strong digital campaign idea which fits the objectives and the product
Ensure partners are building the prototypes of the advertising, according to the best ideas selected in the workshop.
Achieve high customer satisfaction from the workshop.
Provide clear feedback to the agencies and partners to deliver best in class creative campaigns.
Deliver executive summary of the workshop and ensure alignment on next steps before the campaign moves to production
transition the project to the internal campaign production team
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Prepares the workshops by customizing contents to the specific brand and brief. (using pre-existing materials and tools) and planning the workshop.
Drive and facilitate 1-2-day workshop with external partners, helped by the internal team towards development of strong campaign ideas + prototypes and high Customer satisfaction scores.
Prepare and align with the different teams on the Executive Summary and next steps to move to campaign production.
BS/BA Degree (Open to area of study)
At least 5 years of world-class strategy planning and production experience in an advertising creative / production or media agency
Relevant work experience in creative agency account management / direction, brand marketing, advertising strategy, marketing program management, design thinking and ‘hands-on’ leadership.
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding brand & consumer activation strategy; strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position marketing programs in the market
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience in preparing and facilitating multi-functional meetings, or conferences or workshops. (ideally familiar with design thinking or similar ideation session facilitation)
Ability to understand the client’s business, whatever market sector and be able to discuss knowledgeably with the client.
Experience in digital advertising and media.
Strong understanding of marketing communications execution process and of brand marketing.
Gravitas, ability to be credible for senior executives of different functions and to lead groups in a gentle but effective way.
Result oriented with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Experience working with new and innovative technologies.
Self-starter, able to overcome obstacles and remain motivated even when clients are difficult or pushing back
Ability to wear multiple hats from directly organizing the logistics of a workshop to coaching senior marketers.
