Title: Partner Business Manager

Location: New York, NY *** Open to remote – Would need to work EST hours *** 

Duration: 4+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

Responsibilities:

● Work closely with internal cross-functional leaders

● Launch and grow partnerships as well as drive strategic opportunities with existing partners

● Ensure success of all partnerships, internally and externally, by ensuring smooth integration during campaign launches

● Develop and maintain dashboard and metrics to measure success of partnerships

● Proactively identify new areas for collaboration with partners, structure proposals and upsell partners on new areas for collaboration

● Proactively acquire a deep understanding of our client’s business in order to successfully manage and grow partner relationships

Basic Qualifications:

● BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

● 5+ years of work experience in a partner management or business development role

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience creating and executing business development deals

● Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

● Excellent communication, analytical and collaboration skills

● Ability to structure and conduct quantitative analysis to develop data-driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders

● Ability to conceptualize and drive strategy for growing and optimizing partner programs

● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
