Title: Media Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)
[Project 1] Global Media Audits:
Lead the set up and scoping of a scalable Global Media Audit program (both financial and performance), leveraging our learnings from historical audits, while partnering closely with our 3rd party media auditor. Contribute to the compliance tracking of our agencies, and analysis of market trends and leading practices – including, but not limited to a deep dive analysis into volume discounts, AVBs and “value pots.”
[Project 2] Sponsorship Category Assessment:
Support the Sponsorship category strategy work to develop a prioritized pipeline of opportunities and implementation plan. Assess the business requirements, current state, and industry/supplier landscape in order to develop a multi-year opportunity analysis for the global Sponsorship category. The key deliverable will be an opportunity assessment to help ensure delivery of maximum value across the end-to-end procurement process of sponsorship agreements.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and will be required to partner cross functionally with our global teams. They will be responsible for supporting initiatives from strategy to execution, with the ability to support opportunities through in-depth analysis, thought leadership, and problem solving.

-B.S./B.A. Supply Chain, Operations Management, Marketing or Finance
-5+ years’ experience in either Marketing, Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, or Audit industry.
-Either, or a combination of: Strategic Sourcing experience within the Marketing category, Media strategy/planning/buying experience, Media audit experience, or negotiation of sponsorship agreements.
-Experience supporting initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
-Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Sheets and/or Excel
-Sponsorship contract negotiations for large scale agreements ($5M+), multi-year contracts, complex asset negotiations, and ROI measurement
-Category Management within Strategic Sourcing / Procurement
-Media Planning/ Buying
-Global, cross-functional stakeholder management
