The Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager is a key member of the Marketing Strategy & Operations team, participating in strategy discussions, leading key initiatives, facilitating business planning and execution and communicating results. This is a great opportunity to gain a strategic view of the entire marketing mix and its impact on business results.
Serve as a member of the Strategy & Operations team, partnering regularly with the team lead and key business partners
Operationalize marketing strategy across functions
Manage rhythm of the business and drive operational excellence for the Marketing team
Partner in developing the marketing strategy and operations function; help ensure organizational alignment
Track and communicate status of strategic initiatives and priorities
Manage process to consolidate and report on budgets across marketing teams
Drive team collaboration and excellence to ensure achievement of shared outcomes and objectives
Help monitor and improve team culture, communication and collaboration
Play a significant role in leadership team and organization-wide meetings and offsites to ensure effective marketing planning, strategy alignment, and team effectiveness
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience as an analytics, program management or operations lead, analyst or equivalent
Experience working in, or closely with, a global marketing team
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style
A passion for successful execution with agility to handle changing objectives and priorities
Experience in marketing strategy, with proven track record of impactful analysis and strategy influence
Detail-oriented with analytical problem solving skills – ability to reach insightful, actionable answers without “boiling the ocean”
Quick and high-quality presentation creation using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google equivalent products
Successful delivery of multi-quarter project(s)
Keen sense for prioritization
Strong written, verbal and graphic (slides) communication skills
Experience with tools and frameworks to structure team thinking, collaboration and reporting (e.g. Asana, SharePoint)
Experience with internal communications
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
