ABM Marketing Manager: Job Description

Our Cloud Marketing client is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to help plan, build, execute, and measure multi-channel ABM programs and tactics, with a strong emphasis on driving engagement and pipeline exclusively for a targeted account list. If you have 5+ years of demand marketing experience, especially in field marketing, ABM, campaigns marketing, content marketing, and/or event marketing, with special expertise in program management and creative development, please apply! Extremely strong written and verbal communications skills are imperative, and ability to act on data analysis and interface with executive leadership is a bonus.

Responsibilities

·      Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales organization to partner closely in targeting a select list of high potential ABM accounts

·      Teaming up with sales and key marketing teams to create and execute account marketing tactics that drive market growth for top tier accounts and aligning account marketing and account sales plans

·      Conceptualize, design, and deliver ABM tactics, including relationship collateral, email nurture campaigns, events, closing campaigns, and multi-channel programs

·      Develop impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders

·      Work collaboratively across functional marketing and sales teams to build ABM tracks aligned to demand generation initiatives

·      Align programs to sales pipelines goals, and proactively pivot in-flight toward the highest impact tactics

·      Manage ABM agencies and vendors

·      Collaborate with follow ABM team members, always building and sharing best practices

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory* 5+ years marketing experience, especially in ABM marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, campaigns/demand generation marketing.

* Extremely strong attention to detail

* Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience project managing industry, field and/or ABM programs

* Experience executing ABM or field events and campaigns

* Excellent people skills and collaboration capabilities

* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness

* Familiarity with ABM operational tools: DemandBase, HG Insights (or similar)

* Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects

* Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

* Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

* Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels

* Data analysis experience a plus

DesiredFamiliarity with ABM operational tools: DemandBase, HG Insights (or similar) Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics. Data analysis in Excel/Sheets experience a plus
