Title: Marketing Program Manager

In 2021, the Digital Responsibility (DR) team will launch a platform and narrative. As core to that strategy sits the Safety Center (the central destination of our privacy & security proof points and safety message), as well as the new Family Safety hub.
In October 2020, we launched the updated Safety Center in the US to be a more helpful, relatable and comprehensive destination for all things safety. With that, the team is looking to hire a TVC to PGM post launch updates and roll out the site globally. In Q2 2021, we will be launching the new Family Safety hub.
The Program Manager will manage the incoming post launch updates for the site and localization work streams for the Safety Center. For post launch maintenance, this includes working with PMMs for any content or visual updates to the site and a poc with our agency, RGA. For localization, this includes rolling the site out to 78 global locales across EMEA, LATAM and APAC and working with regional leads to align on priorities, timing, and production. Tasks include submitting copy and UI localization requests and tracking these requests to secure CMM, legal, and policy approvals. Similar to the Safety Center, responsibilities for the Family Safety hub will include managing the day-to-day process of the global rollout.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Coordinate localization process with regional leads and across agency partners (RGA, L10N and Splash).
- Submit and track all global copy and visual localization requests.
- Manage the Safety Center pipeline requests & day-to-day operations of the Safety Center.
3+ years of experience working on an operation, analytics, product, engineering, consulting, project management or equivalent team 3+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm
3+ years of experience working with Excel/Google Docs/Google Sheets
