Title: Lead Solutions Architect

The opportunity

The selected candidate will: 

·      Leads and oversees the development of large solution architecture assignments to address complex business requirements, which could include design of the functional architecture for multiple functions of the enterprise, including design and deployment of an entire solution

·      Evaluates solutions to ensure that they are in alignment with the broader organization's mission, strategy / objectives, capability and processes using industry recognized architectural models and roadmaps

·      Leads the design and deployment of the solution architecture, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver excellence and risks are identified, managed and mitigated

·      Acts as an intermediary between the business / client community and the technical community, working with the business to understand and solve complex problems, by presenting solutions and options in a simplified manner for clients / business​

To qualify for the role, you must have

·      Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred 

·      More than 10 years applied experience

·      Possesses deep knowledge on solution architecture related to multiple problem domains from a business and a technical viewpoint

·      Managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a solution architecture project

·      Leadership capability and proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders

·      Experience supporting peer teams and responsibilities; such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info-security

Ideally, you’ll also have

·      AWS Cloud Certified

·      CISSIP

·      Pivotal Certified

·      TOGAF
