Title: Event Coordinator

Location: San Bruno, CA

Duration: 9+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

Position Description

Our team will be managing a number of events and sales activation moments throughout the year, this role will help manage the event logistics to ensure strong activation to sales. This individual will also support the discoverability and measurement of the key resources activated in these moments by supporting hub site management and tracking of our weekly newsletter. 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage event logistics for sales and leadership events, including calendar management/invite lists, comms and exec briefing docs, and post event satisfaction surveys
• Improve discovery for sales by managing the Quarterly Product Roadmaps and partnering with Sales Knowledge teams to build a strong hub
• Lead measurement and insights weekly newsletter, including weekly tagging/tracking and monthly analysis to uncover insights to inform future strategy.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

2 Minimum years of relevant experience

Experience with events and x-functional project management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Native-level fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Google spreadsheets, docs, and Gmail and reporting/data analysis

Proven organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects

Desired

Self-starter and independent worker Experience developing business cases and comms plans
