Title: Content Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, SF, or NYC

We are looking for a strong product marketer to join the Content Experience Product Marketing team, to play a pivotal role in shaping products to help content creators find success. You will gather strategic member insights, influence the product roadmap, and bring new product experiences to market in a way that drives member engagement. This role will have opportunities to work on multiple products within Content Experience — strong candidates will bring a flexible mindset and a desire to work on high-impact projects.
Drive member insight & empathy: Be the voice of the member, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research and Design to shape new product experiences that solve members’ most pressing needs.
Define positioning & messaging: Shape everything from product narrative to naming, drive messaging across product/outbound channels, evangelize our products internally and externally.
Manage cross-functional projects: Ensure that multiple internal stakeholders are coordinating to bring products to market smoothly.
Deliver results: Define and execute go-to-market strategies that measurably increase member engagement.
Embrace a growth mindset: Be eager to find opportunities to increase awareness and adoption of the products within your scope.
2+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, or business strategy roles
Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts
Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development strategies; ability to clearly synthesize multiple sources of data into actionable recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally with team members at varying levels of seniority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
