Title: Associate Marketing Manager
Location: Remote ***Must be able to work PST hours***

In this role, you will help build community engagement strategies and execute marketing campaigns to enable members to discover opportunities, find support, and help our client become the #1 destination for their work needs.
In this role, you will support the product marketing team in engaging members by:
– Execute go-to-market campaigns for new community-engagement features for workers, including the groups feature on the platform
– Develop and test strategy for increasing engagement and fostering community in groups
– Create and curate content to engage and inspire discussions between members
– Research content partnership opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring new content
– Use data and insights to refine our content strategy and drive engagement
2+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, and/or community management
Ability to build and communicate content strategies
Ability to find engaging content aligned with our brand and tone of voice
Experience creating and curating content for online communities
Experience executing consumer-facing go-to-market strategies
Experience with engaging online communities, social media, and/or blogging a plus
Experience working in frontline retail, customer service, and/or food and beverage roles a plus
